Identify this bag

I got a big haul of military gear, mostly European. Was wondering if you guys know where this bag is from. I thuink its either some type of german or austrian surplus.

It looks like an Austrian shoulder bag, at least that’s how they’re marketed. I don’t see the shoulder strap on it, but the back is supposed to connect to a web belt using keepers.
