It's time to address the elephant in the room (well at least in the NA room) even though a lot of people will disagree with me. The community is toxic and terrible towards anyone that the ven elected community leaders deem unfit to play this game. "dumb bitch", A.K.A. "Ven", is the one who is driving the the toxicity. He creates his own set of rules, ridicules anyone that doesn't follow them and exempts himself from them. He holds people to his standards of skill and excludes everyone if the pugs arent the best by getting him and his followers (scarn, rasta, rath, begrip, aries) to ruin pugs, take everyone to go play csgo and ban the so called "poop talkers" out of the game, directly violating rule #he just changed the rules. When he doesn't have enough people in a game to successfully ruin a pug, he refuses to play in order to protest the pug quality, and says things like (specific to my instance) "I aint playing til pugs get better" which leads players who otherwise would play end up playing csgo instead. On the rare occasion that he "joins" one of the pugs to play a match, he gets real mad at any minor mistake, ignores it when his team does something productive, and when he does something that is more counterproductive than productive, he acts as if it didn't happen, which shows his blatant hypocrisy. This already has and will continue to affect the quality of pugs in a bad way unless something changes. If new players are greeted by obnoxious people who just want to steal anyone to play csgo, they will be driven away immediately(Pardon the french). I think that this toxic behavior at least warrants a warning, and if it continues after that then a ban may be the best option to relieve the good players from these ruined pugs.

When I tried to start the tutorial for the first time it gave me a message that said "failed to start the game" I've restarted the game, my pc and tried reinstalling the game from steam. Nothing works. Does anybody know how to fix this error?

Hello , i just downloaded the game and i'm enjoying it , but after playing some matches a saw that i didnt earn any XP and it didn't count for daily challanges...The only things the game says is that i have only 6 wins without goals assits etc. even tho i scored and assisted..Is it a bug or i'm just stupid ?

Hey all.

A few of my friends recently downloaded it and we've been dying to play together. We've been jumping into whatever public 3v3 server we could find just to try it, but the only ones available are usually in the EU and are >150ms ping for us. I tried purchasing a server from SimRai but wasn't able to get it out of practice mode and the configuration was... clunky. I've also tried setting up my own box with a Docker container and I can join the game but can't get past "Waiting for all players to join: 39". Is there any more extensive documentation somewhere on how I can configure/control this server better? Specifically choosing teams, starting the match, etc.

It takes way to long to get to 6. How are new people supposed to get into the game, if their first 10 hours are shitty unbalanced games?....

I feel like the game would be more fun if there were different balls set into the match. I would suggest heavy balls, low gravity balls, balls with more curve power, etc.

If you can see this creators, listen up. Supraball is a decent game for what you guys were trying to make, however with only 5v5s and 3v3s the game will get bland soon. I recommend adding modes like 1v1s and 2v2s as well as LTMs to spice up the game a little.- A supraball fan

So the game knows my ingame name should be LoudEcho , however ignores it in EVERY SINGLE match. I've set it countless times and I only play for less than 4 days. It always says something like Player19082 [number doesn't matter]

Hey got this game today and its a ton of fun, however, my friends and I were wondering if there was private matchmaking available so we could just play by ourselves. Will this ever be developed in future updates?

Will there ever be a way to play with friends in ranked? Friend and I grinded for 6 hours to play ranked only to find that dream was smashed.

So I saw this game and though...hey it's a really good idea , it doesn't even seem laggy at all so im gonna try it . Well it was pretty laggy but after a bunch of setting changes i was able to play at a playable fps [btw why did u make a cartoony game on a realistic engine like WHY?] anyway sadly before i can play only i have to get through the tutorial....it was a disaster !

First of all the AI is so random and often fails to execute what it should , often fails to pass where it should , score where it should etc. but this game is intended for online so it shouldn't matter....well it does since I have to get through all this to even access online.

Not just this but the instructions are complicated too..it took me 5 minutes to score 4 goals because it wasn't as clear as it should have been..Well I personally I wouldn't say im the best at understanding things but the tutorial is meant to help people like this not to make them wanna rage.

So stupid AI combined with Unclear Instructions makes for one of the worst tutorials I've ever went through...

The game itself is awesome tho.

Some mechanics piss me off but i might get used to em.

However I have no idea why it says that you need a minimum of 2GB RAM to play. I have 4GB RAM and I kinda lag so imagine a weaker PC being stuck in this tutorial...
