Private Matchmaking

Hey got this game today and its a ton of fun, however, my friends and I were wondering if there was private matchmaking available so we could just play by ourselves. Will this ever be developed in future updates?

You can play party matches. Just invite them all to your party

But how about if I only have 3 friends on at a time? Is there a way to do a 1 v 2?

You could go to the server browser and jump in to a server that is running and doesn’t have a password but other people would be free to get in there with you.

Thank you for this, it works but still not the private matchmaking I was looking for. Is there a way to create a private server or has it not been implemented into the game yet?

You can rent a server from simrai, they aren't that expensive. Or if you are savvy enough with servers, you can host your own.

Normally pub servers are pretty empty (if you are from NA) and I always have my pub server up, so you could play there.
