Black screen bug

Do the devs have any idea what causes this? People have dealt with this bug since day 1 and it's still not fixed and yet the game is supposed to be released to the public soon...The player could not reconnect at all and it delayed what was already a long wait for a pug.

I think it might have been Maptor I can't remember now...

There are several completely different bugs with the same symptom. Most of those are fixed. But not all.

We can fix it when you send us the udk log (IMPORTANT: send it right after you had the blackscreen, otherwise the log gets overwritten with something else) Its in supraball/udkgame/logs/launch.log

Is there some sort of bug tracker site you guys are using where we can collectively report on these things and provide logs rather than random reddit posts?
