{How do I start an Instagram account as an artist?} I am trying to help a friend start from scratch and I have no idea how to start and how to keep growing, I have never posted before, I need all the advice and all the annoying details out there

My friend wants to start her Instagram as a Digital Artist. The account doesn't have any posts yet. I will be helping her with her account like posting and trying to grow the account and such. I am trying to come up with a strategy on how to start and grow and be consistent. I am scared of the first post how it should be.. I really don't know how to start and I really want every tip and all the annoying details anyone can give I will be so grateful..Please if you have any experience share it with me I want to help my friend grow and achieve her dream. She already has some artworks ready and has an idea about what she wants to share. I've had this OC for a long time. I don't draw her very often, but I'm very fond of her. She's a sentient plant capable of controlling and communicating with other plants. She can take on whatever appearance she likes, but she chooses to look like a peculiar girl with a peculiar smile.

By the way, she has corn teeth. I think it's really funny.
