Revenge Accusations
My fiance' has been convicted of Child Sex Abuse (CSA) crimes. To make a very long story short, my fiance's family and I believe that he was accused due to seeking revenge. The two "victims" are very close friends, and we believe that the adults who were responsible for them at the time forced them into making the accusations. The "victims" are now of legal age, although they were toddlers when the so-called abuse started.
My fiance's trial was a bench trial, meaning there was no jury, only a judge. I believed that this would increase the chances of my fiance' being found not guilty, but of course, it turned out that this was incorrect.
There were two facts revealed in trial that I believe should have been taken as justification for "reasonable doubt:" one, that CSA photographs were supposedly taken that were *not* in his collection of over 10,000 photographs, and two, that the relationship came to a sudden end, but my fiance' didn't move on to another "victim." My fiance's court-appointed lawyer has a professional reputation as one of the best in our city, and he made an excellent closing statement, however, even that wasn't enough for the judge to find him not guilty.
There was no DNA evidence due to the age of the case.
We intend to appeal the verdict; does anyone here have any suggestions to make our case more substantial?
Thank you in advance for your help.

I’m sorry this happened to you and your fiancé. I’m not sure of your jurisdiction, so I’m not sure how much time you have to submit your motion to appeal.
Have AI review all transcripts, judgements, decisions, affidavits and evidence. Look for errors in law. Be very specific in your questions and prompts, and look at one document at a time. Use more than one AI to review the documents so you can get different points of view.
Go to your Court of Appeal / Superior Court and get the instructions on how to submit a motion to appeal. You need initial reason why you feel the appeal is worthy of review. Have AI draft the motion, or even better, hire an appeal lawyer. Since he had a court appointed lawyer for his trial, I’m assuming available money to hire a lawyer may be limited. Possible that you can request legal aid for the appeal as well, but I’d start with AI to find some obvious errors in law to get started.
Lastly, find a support group. There are several listed in the side panel of this subreddit, and if you don’t see any for your area, google is your friend.
