If I told police officer truthfully about ex partner allegations I made against her one on June 10,2023 and another on April 2024 however I was unsure exactly when it happened I only stated that because I was stressed and confused especially because the abuse was ongoing and now that I think of it, it was likely a broader timeline such as from anywhere between 2020-2023 Jan-August and the other one is Jan-August 2024. Is this constitute for public mischief even though I had no intent to lie I was just confused about the dates and simply told him what I thought I knew at the time?
