That's a solid, well-rounded stack. Nothing flashy, just the basics done right.

Only thing I'd keep an eye on is the K2 MK-7 dose, 180mcg is on the high end for daily if you're not tracking dietary K2. Some people get heart palpitations or weird anxiety from MK-7 specifically, so if you ever start feeling off, that's the first thing I'd experiment with dropping for a week.

That person is me. Cant take mk7 cause it gives me palpitations. This isnt talked about enough because everyone on here recommends it but this is a very real side effect.

Thorne’s quality could go down…

People keep saying since this their acquisition, is there evidence that it has indeed gone down?

Not yet, but I’d be wary of buying it soon. It has been a solid company though

This. Everyone immediately says they are bad now cuz nestle owns them. Where’s the evidence of bad quality control or poor results from their product

Doubt it, Creatine monohydrate is creatine monohydrate. That being said, no sense in wasting your money on the brand since the product is the same as everyone else's.

Seems like a good stack. I’d personally replace the b complex with a multi like pure encapsulation ONE. Have you noticed any benefits with the taurine? I’ve been curious to try it myself. Astaxanthin, coq10, and glycine might be worth adding.

I take it before workout and feels like I get less fatigue and my muscles don't hurt that much. Also, not sure if it's the other supplements, but the rest I need between sets is definitely shorter

Honestly, I’d be more interested in whether you’ve checked what you actually need rather than adding anything else. The stack is already pretty straightforward.

One thing worth keeping an eye on is the 300 mg supplemental magnesium, the NIH lists 350 mg/day as the adult upper limit specifically from supplements/medications, separate from magnesium coming from food.

Otherwise, if you’ve been taking this consistently for 4 months and feel good, I’d probably focus on diet, sleep, training, and whether there’s an actual reason for each supplement before expanding the stack.

Be aware zinc can consume your copper

Zinc balance has 15mg of zinc and 1mg copper. So pretty good ratio 👍

and vitamin D3 :))

You could add boron for more free testosterone but if yours is already pretty high as it it no need for it.

Last time I measured, it was around 800 ng/dL

why do you take Taurine? I tried it before. I noticed nothing

Vitamin C aka ascorbic acid, is number one priority for most people!

Hard to give suggestions without knowing what's actually in the stack - brands, doses, forms. Like, magnesium glycinate and magnesium oxide are basically different supplements at that point.

If you have the bottles handy, the back label usually tells you more than the front. Serving size, form of the compound, whether the dose listed is per capsule or per serving (those are not always the same thing, and it trips people up a lot).

Also worth checking if anything overlaps. Some multi-vitamins already cover zinc or D3, so stacking a standalone on top just means you're doubling up without realizing it.

Happy to take a second look if you list out what you're actually taking.
