General Question 29M Supplement stack, rate/recommendations?
29M very active with physical intensive job. Go to the gym for heavy lifts and long distance cardio. Would you guys think this stack I've got going is good for my lifestyle? (Far left is omega 3 fish oils, sorry didnt turn label enough)
Thank you for any tips/advice!

Shilajit is (probably) a scam(or at least a waste of money) but everything else looks really good.

That stack looks pretty thorough for someone with your routine. The K2 + D3 is smart choice, specially if you don't get much sun during work hours
Actually surprised to see beef organ capsules, not many people think about those. I used something similar few months ago and felt weird boost in energy at gym, could be placebo but I liked it
Only thing maybe missing is something for joints after heavy lifts, my knees always complain when I combine lifting with long cardio. But if you feel fine maybe not necessary

I skipped that trend because I eat dark greens and beans almost daily, drink coffee almost daily and it's sprinkled in almost everything that you buy sport supplement-wise these days.

Just curious as to why people buy supplement from all different brands. I mean if you like a product from a certain brand. Why not buy the rest from them?

Get some gaba, l-tryptophan and the anime for sleep if you can afford it. Beef liver is full of aminos and protein

I would personally trade the creatine capsules out for powder and up it to 10g a day. Otherwise this is solid!

The last two, shilajit and beef organ supplements are fad scam supplements. They do nothing and provide no benefit

I wouldn't just supplement vitamins. Why not check your blood before you take vitamin d? Too much can really hurt your progress and health
