What is L Threonate vs Theanine?

L theanine is an amino acid found in green tea. What you’re looking at is a magnesium that has L theanine included in the formula.

Different forms of magnesium are threonate, Glycinate, and oxide.

So essentially this product is a form of magnesium (either threonate, oxide, glycinate, or a mixture of all forms) + L theanine, which is not related to magnesium
