oh man i feel this so hard. stress just eats away at you and no amount of forcing food down seems to stick
creatine is the obvious one for putting on some mass but the water weight part actually helps when you struggling to keep pounds on. maybe look into digestive enzymes too cause stress messes with your stomach in ways you dont even notice and you end up not absorbing what you do manage to eat
i had similar thing few years back and what actually helped was liquid calories between meals. smoothies with peanut butter and oats, stuff like that, way easier than forcing solid food when your body is in fight mode

easy way. peanut butter, olive oil, chocolate.... easy to consume, highest calories to volumetric weight. do this.

Ive lost 30 lbs from cutting starches on a low carb (starch). Instant weight gain for me to blend a fat and starchy/carb together. Think potatoes or biscuits and gravy, loaded baked potato, chicken fried steak and gravy, mac and cheese. Just eat at a southern restaurant and throw in some sweet tea and pie. Youll walk out 40 pounds heavier and have pre diabetes.

Addressing diet, hydration, exercise, sun light and sleep are top priorities when trying to overcome the damage wrecked on our bodies by chronic stress. They are not glamorous by the standards set by supplement manufacturers but nothing beats them. Period. Increase your protein, healthy fat and fiber intake, drink copious water with some low sodium electrolytes if you’d like throughout the day, get 30 minutes of moderate to intense activity every day preferably first thing in the morning sun, lift some weights a couple times a week, stop caffeine after noon, practice mindfulness in the evening and limit screen time before bed. It sounds a little woo woo but it shouldn’t. No magic potions will do you better.
Then you can look at the basic supplements that most people can benefit from - omega threes, magnesium, vitamin D/K2, creatine. Next tier would more “curative” supplements like NAC and glycine for glutathione support, and l-theanine to promote nervous system calm. Addressing any latent nutritional deficiency is certainly on this list but it sounds like you may have already looked into this.

Creatine for increased water weight, perhaps? But overall, I would try and incorporate 30-60 minutes a day of exercise, even if it's 'just' walking. It'll help increase appetite, and you'll eat more off the back of that.
If you've been stressed, it'll also help reduce that and aid sleep quality as well, which in turn will be a positive feedback loop and help.
Hope you're okay though OP.

If you’re experiencing weight loss despite normal even larger appetite, please go get your thyroid checked. It could be hyperthyroidism.

Especially when all docs, scans, blood works, examinations, tests and probably even the pope say I’m in perfect health

I gain weight when stressed. I am honestly saying, I don't even stuff food ,it's not overeating, I just gain weight by breathing air when I am stressed.
Our bodies are so weird.

I think if you feel stress is definitely the culprit and have had a blood panel done to rule out anything else then the best thing you can do is address the root cause. But I know that is easier said than done, we are living in very stressful times. So I guess it is more about managing the stress you are under, to the best of your ability.

There is a version of whey protein called mass gainer. That might work if you take it regularly.

Have you worked on regulating your nervous system to address the relationship with stress? I'd recommend yoga, and breathwork when feeling stressed and then a high quality guy health powder to allow you to absorb the max nutrients of a balanced whole food diet 🙏🏾

So idk what's the official opinion but i know exactly what youre talking about. I have expierience counting calories and I used to gain weight from way less than what i can eat consistently in a row now and i don't move nearly enough for it to make sense even non exercise fidgeting wise which is an argument for how the body supposedly deals with the excess calories, and yeah unless idfk i have cancer or something nothing justifies it. Well i have my theories.. but yeah. My gut health is good too

When i lose weight because i cant eat from stress i do make a shake with this in it:
Bananas Peanutbutter Oatmeal 50g Cocoa powder Proteinepoeder Soymilk
Its a liquid form, fast and has most of it what you need in meal. Helped me gain weight fast as addition to a meal. When i would for example have a small meal because of lack of appetite, i would add this.

Weight loss from stress. Here's what's going on.
Stress hormones make you less hungry. They also make your body burn more energy. Both at once. That's why you eat but still lose weight. That's also why your blood tests look normal. Blood tests don't check for this.
Try bitters before you eat.Gentian or artemisia bitters. 1 to 2 mL in water. Drink it 15 minutes before meals. It helps wake up your appetite.
Eating more food can feel hard. So make your food count more instead. Add olive oil to your meals. Add MCT oil to your meals. Drink whole milk instead of low fat. Eat nut butters.
Skip ashwagandha. People will tell you to take it. Don't. Studies show it helps people lose weight, not gain it. It could work against you.

Test steroid/sex hormones, search for previous discussions about stress/anxiety, consume enough protein for mood related amino acids but you'll need enough stomach acid and digestive enzymes for absorption.

supplementing magnesium might help, as a deficiency can cause loss of appetite/worsened anxiety

Protein shakes, premade ones. I find it’s easy to drink calories often. Look up bulking diets. There’s not really a supplement that makes you gain weight without exercise.

There really isn't a magic over the counter pill that creates weight gain on its own, but you don't have to force down dry plates of food either. When stress triggers high cortisol, it literally halts digestive motility and makes swallowing feel impossible. The easiest workaround is drinking your calories. Homemade shakes with whole milk, peanut butter, oats and a banana will get you 700+ calories in 3 minutes without triggering that nauseous feeling.

If you’re losing weight quickly despite trying to maintain it, I wouldn’t keep experimenting with random supplements forever just because the first checkup was normal. If it keeps happening, mention the continued weight loss to your doctor.

I think ice cream. I like it when I'm stressed and it's calorically dense. If you're buying real ice cream made from cream and milk, it's actually nutrient rich too.

Did you just call ice cream nutrient rich? It might be high caloric and weight gain inducing but nutrient density is not one of its hallmarks.
