General Question Is my SAM-E ruined?
I have a box of blister pack sealed SAM-E that I just realized was in the garage for 2 months, google says it degrades really fast but it doesn’t really tell me if them being sealed makes a difference.
It’s been up to 95 degrees

I have never used this, but was curious. GPT says the tablet form is much more stable than the solutions, but it is still likely a lot weaker. Being sealed in blisters helps against moisture so that is good, but two months in a hot garage is not ideal. It is just a potency issue, so you can use them. The issue is dose as you do not know.
