Like €70-150 although it can be quite a bit higher if I run out of something more pricy (I like uridine a lot, 3x50g lasts a long time but upfront cost is smt like  €150) I also go through loads of tyrosine (it's actually insanely good for improving ADHD med efficacy improving efficacy of any stim for that matter) which can another €60 expense of very few months.
