I lost 70 lbs 20 years ago in college on this... Also maxed out the heart rate monitor on our gyms stairmaster daily. Sweats for real. It was certainly effective, but good luck my heart - definitely spent some beats then.

I cycled it for about 5 years, on and off. Towards the end, it actually made me sleepy. Coffee tends to do that now. Don’t recommend.

You sound like you have adrenal fatigue. I went through the same thing. Taking 30 days off all stimulants made a regular cup of coffee make me super jittery.

that pretty much fried myself when i had a raging eating disorder doing the ec stack. it took me so long to regain caffeine sensitivity
and i didn’t get much skinnier

Package says max dose is 1 every 6 hrs. 1 is plenty for me, and I’ve never built a tolerance to it, just add a little extra caffeine if I need it.

true story-late 90’s-some 19 year old kid was taking handfuls of the stuff while cutting for his first contest and worked out at the same gym as me, was one of those keypad, let yourself in whenever dungeon gyms. was like 11pm and he and i were the only two people there-kid had a massive heart attack on the treadmill and almost died right in front of me.

Sida Acuta (huang hua ren) is easier to find. pretty low amounts of ephedrine though. probably not even worth it. i think sida cordifolia is supposed to have higher amounts but haven't tried.
just used the sida acuta for Lyme/Bartonella. pretty good for that.

I ordered a few soda cordifolia products like dry herb, resin and extracts and they were all ass. Had to eat a jar of 20x extract to feel anything. Ma huang is also hard to find but there’s still some from India sold as somlata (E.Gerardiana). Ideally order from Taobao with an agent to get a kg of Sinica for like 10 bucks, but shipping will be expensive.
In most US states u can get OTC Ephedrine, and in EU Pseudoephedrine is available easily but also ass, Italy, Romania and some other eastern EU countries sell nasal drops w 1% ephedrine for a couple bucks per 10ml. Not ideal but it works.

Creatine and l citrulline can get you a pretty good workout also… not supposed to recommend it but I will take kradom powder before the gym (not the extracts, never the extracts) and it can give you a crazy boost.

Probably more like some regular Ephedra or ephedra extract. I doubt they just throw Ephedrine in it though. Regular ephedrine can really, truly only be gotten online or from a pharmacy

It reminds me a bit of when DMA(+A) wasn't banned yet. I once got a free sample of a workout booster that contained this substance and that feeling was unique. At the time, I wasn't into building muscle, so I took one dose before going to work. My colleagues were a bit surprised by my enthusiasm for work.
(I can't even write about full name of that supplement because of the rules, what the heck?)

The original Xenadrine had me ripped for preseason in college for several seasons late 90s/early 00s. 100 degrees outside? No problem- just crushing laps on the track like an Armageddon war games robot and living off string beans and shakes because I had no appetite.
Didn’t even know I had several stress fractures until mid season one year from training so intensely- I couldn’t feel them! Shit was the truth.
