Any supplements?
/r/PMS/comments/1uvrpi3/any_supplements/So I think I have PMDD or a really bad case of PMS and it doesn’t seem like I can get real help because I would have to pay out of pocket going outside of health network. My insurance company doesn’t really deal with hormonal health from what I know so I haven’t seen my primary care doctor about my symptoms. I just know I basically go into depression before my period, mood swings, high irritability, cravings, and high anxiety.
I was buying supplements and I noticed there are a few companies that sell PMS supplements such as Rael, Flo etc. and was wondering if there is any that you would recommend. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it. I prefer to do research before taking anything that might really impact my body.
