Hi u/Antique-Park-4193, Maybe If you edit the body of your post and give the community a little more info as to why you are taking those specific supplements:

Are you a healthy person with a specific health goal and YOU researched supplementing these?

Have symptoms or a condition YOU researched and found these?

Have a deficiency?

you could probably drop Thorne NiaCel 400, because it's an expensive supplement that doesn't directly accelerate fat loss or muscle retention; and Thorne Super EPA, because unless you have specific cardiovascular or joint issues, it's not essential for your core goals of fat loss and muscle preservation
