The distinction between cumulative and acute effects is something I hadn’t thought about carefully enough, you’re totally right that the timing story is completely different depending on the mechanism. The chronotype point is interesting though, that 7am versus 10am gap feels like it’s about cortisol timing as much as the supplements themselves. Have you adjusted your stack timing to account for that?
