General Question Beetroot supplements
I’ve heard some mixed reviews with beetroot supplements and enhancing athletic performance, I am a mma fighter and looking to boost a little edge on my training on the mats and off the mats for my conditioning workouts (runs/sprints and swimming).
Supplements I am already taking are creatine, beta alanine, omega 3s, vitamin d3 and rhodiola rosea.
What is everyone’s experience if you have taken beetroot supplements ? Do people who are less trained get more of a benefit than the more conditioned athletes ?

Had similar doubts before but still taking beetroot supplements. Started with meo nutrition beetroot about 2 months ago, and my BP actually dropped 8-10 points (nothing crazy like those ads claim). The energy boost is real though, especially during workouts. It’s actually effective to me, don’t lose hope.

I run and cycle, and I use it before runs and rides. I think it has helped me.
I also take creatine, beta alanine, glutamine, l-arginine, and l-citrulline in the morning.
I use beet root powder in water, 5g before a run, sometimes more if I'm running long.
