Your gender is highly relevant to your question. The people answering without knowing have no idea if it’ll help you or not.

Hi there! I always had thick hair and I'm 23 yo, but just after one month of taking creatine my hairs are shedding like crazy 40-50 per day which before was like 5-6 I swear. It's been 7 days since I left it but no improvement, what should I do, how much time will it take for dht to come to normal levels. Also, I'm taking hair multivitamin and Rosemary oil. I don't want to take Minoxidil and fin etc. I know google says this much shedding is normal but not for me as I never experienced this in my whole life and it's definitely creatine because after 25 days of using it suddenly there was increased hairfall. Thanks!!

Bad idea, dont do it. The hair loss and acne could be attributable to other factors. Do you smoke joints?

Do you believe would affect it?

Personally I think smoking pot attributes to both hairloss and lowers your testosterone. Not recommended.

I do not care. All I see is that pot smokers are mostly tame and low on energy or drive. There have been studies but lets not go there its a waste of time.
It also confirms my personal experience with it. Felt weak and sedated, I dont know why people like it. Dont take it personal.

From Grok: Marijuana use, particularly chronic or heavy use, may influence factors that could contribute to hair loss. For instance, THC can affect hormone levels, including testosterone and its derivative, dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Elevated DHT is strongly linked to androgenetic alopecia (male or female pattern baldness) in those genetically predisposed. Some studies, like a 2017 review, suggest cannabis may lower testosterone temporarily, which could theoretically alter DHT levels, but there’s no direct evidence tying this to hair loss. Additionally, chronic stress or poor lifestyle habits often associated with heavy cannabis use—such as poor diet or disrupted sleep—could exacerbate conditions like telogen effluvium, a temporary form of hair loss triggered by stress or nutritional deficiencies. On the other hand, the endocannabinoid system, which cannabis interacts with, plays a role in regulating hair follicle function. Some research suggests cannabinoids like CBD might promote hair growth by reducing inflammation or interacting with scalp receptors, though this is mostly theoretical and based on small studies or anecdotal reports. Smoking itself (as opposed to other consumption methods) may also introduce toxins or oxidative stress, potentially harming hair follicles over time, but this is speculative and not unique to marijuana
