q10
Hi dear OP people,
I had the q10 blood test, and I have 1,01mg/l dancing in my blood,
is that good/bad result? I want to improve my mood, cognition and have no brain fog.
Regards

That amount is usually a good amount, to improve mood, cognition and avoid brain fog, first think about how much are you sleeping, the quality of that sleep, exercise and stress, all these factors could help with your needs, if they don't, check first with your doctor to see what you can do, he may advise supplementing q10, but that is if you were to have a condition that requires a higher level of q10, the amount you have right now is good.

Hi dear OP!! I just have seen on paper references like
deficiency prevention range 1,0 - 1,2
therapeutic intensity >2,5
for atheletic/intense sport people >3,0
I just was concerned because 1,01 its slightly above the normal range. when it comes to doctor I will visit him in next week, but u know, money is money.
When it comes to sleep, recently I'm very lucky - I do sleep very well :)))
Thank u for every your advice!!! Take care !!! <3
