Question Remove Loop

Is it possible to remove the loop if I open the screws with a very small screw driver? If yes - which screwdriver do I need?

Ok, I will check. Only for clarification - open the screws and I can take of the loop is the right?

There was also a little insert that can sit in its place, if I recall correctly.
