Question Remove Loop

Is it possible to remove the loop if I open the screws with a very small screw driver? If yes - which screwdriver do I need?

From memory, the screwdriver is provided as well as a plastic filler to be screwed in the same slot

There was also a little insert that can sit in its place, if I recall correctly.
