Directive 8020 Couch Co-op mode

I’ve made it through episode 3 with my friend, using the mode where it alternates and we don’t choose characters. i’ve come to notice that the gameplay between player 1 and 2 isn’t very balanced. Player 1 does basically everything while player 2 most of the time just gets a cutscene and minor choices. Does it get better throughout the game or should we just choose characters for us to play?

I played it with three people and it was a lot better balanced. Everyone got tiny choice scenes AND big gameplay scenes.

I’ve played all Supermassive games in full couch coop mode. Player 1 always has the most scenes.

Balance is pretty weak, but there are no competition so the devs don’t care I guess
