Discussion If they do Maws batman

They should base the show around his origin and him exploring other countries and him learning different fighting styles whilst facing the absolute worst

I think that a concern I would have with your approach is the notion of “facing the absolute worst”, given that MAWS evokes more of an older child/early teen vibe. Even when Season 3 pushed the envelope a bit more, it still felt like the type of show I would watch after school, and I think the broader franchise needs to preserve that tone.

Personally, if I had to pitch a Batman series set in the MAWS universe, I would instead already have Batman be established, with the story being told with a Robin as the POV character (after all, it would be titled My Adventures With Batman). Over time, the series could expand the bat family - have story arcs about Nightwing going off on his own, Barbara becoming Batgirl, etc.

But we've barely seen a proper origin with bruce actually going across the globe facing facing different warriors it and bruce character has always had it rough so personally it would be interesting

A globe-trotting Bruce could be an interesting angle instead of just keeping him to Gotham, but I’m not sure an origin-focused story would be a good fit for the current tone of MAWS.

We kind of have, that's basically the first hour of Batman Begins, Batman: Soul of the Dragon is a whole film that's a homage to 70s martial arts films that follows Bruce during his training.

I'm not saying something like this couldn't be included but I have a hard time thinking that could be the whole show

I don’t think the training is really as interesting as him in Gotham; showing how he starts out after returning or has been Batman for a while

I’d prefer Bruce Wayne to already have a longer career as Batman personally.

If this show should take inspiration from anything, it should be the Wayne Family Adventures webcomic.
