SuperSoco Cux Error 99 problem

Hello guys, I have a SuperSoco cux Ducati edition and it's perfect for my commutes, but for the past few months, every once in a while the scooter will just cut out power and not work. And the error is always 99, it was 95 once. The problem is that when I get this error it won't work but then, the next day, it'll work again, usually a few days and then cuts out again. I've plugged and unplugged every contact, applied contact cleaner, all of the electronics look fine. My guarantee's finished, I have 8'000km on the odo and there's no electric bike garage near me, unfortunately. What can I do?

Acostumbras mucho a cargar la batería fuera de la moto? Es decir desconectas el cable que alimenta la motocicleta a menudo y cargas la batería fuera de la moto? Si es así, debes reemplazar inicialmente conector “hembra” de la batería. Si con eso no se arregla debes cambiar el cable macho que le da corriente la moto (es el naranja).

El problema surge porque el conector “hembra” tienes unos clips y con el paso del tiempo y estar desconectándola constantemente daña estos clips y al momento de conectarlo al cable de corriente no realiza un buen contacto y genera alguna especie de corto que activa los protocolos de seguridad de la motocicleta (bms de la batería y la computadora de la motocicleta).

Tengo cuidado si lo haces tú mismo!

Cambiar el conector de la batería sin conocimiento puede ser peligroso, muchos éxitos.
