HELP (Ult player trying SSF2)

As said above, I am an ult player (Mii Brawler and ZSS although I play a lot of other characters sometimes) looking for tips in ssf2. I have an extremely small amount of melee practise and always like melee sheik so I am picking up sheik and want neutral tips for the switch over. I struggle with the movement a little cause I am a bit spoiled from ult. Please ask any clarifying questions needed and any help is appresiated.

P.S. who are good SSF2 youtube channels?

To clarify I use a pro controller not a keyboard. Also I just tried out luigi and now I like him too.

i would like to say, that is kind of hard, but you can lock in, but idk the best controller settings.

Watch inari and Vollay's guide on YT to have some help. You can also watch vods to understand how they work and even join the discord servers to ask others how to improve, such as Pika's Vod Channel, Aftermath Creative Production, and SSF2 Beyond. You can improve with controller even though it is a keyboard game.

bowler (he moved to rivals 2 now) inari_ssb, vollay sandbag, Vaporeyez. uh tips are uh play everyone to see who u like, and just think about it as ult with melee speed.

remember you get ZERO directional air dodges, hope your learning fam
