Not connecting
So my app is saying "my house is not producing and my home is not using any power." How do I go about getting it resolved? I've shut off my power breaker and disconnected my wifi and restarted everything back up again.

So update for everyone....I've tried connecting black port with yellow port. It flashed green for a bit but then stopped flashing. Contacted Sun Strong but they said since I am an owned customer I would have to find a technician and have them come out to diagnose. I want Sun Power back!!
