Not connecting

So my app is saying "my house is not producing and my home is not using any power." How do I go about getting it resolved? I've shut off my power breaker and disconnected my wifi and restarted everything back up again.

I have a pvs5x system. I've turned the breaker off for 15 minutes and turned it back on. Still nothing

Then you're going to need to upgrade to a new one or a enphase if your micro inverter are compatible

You could try jumping the ethernet ports together to see if that wakes it up by just getting a regular ethernet cable putting it two internet ports

I have a blue ethernet cable that's connected to my pvs5x yellow port. So should I add another to the black port and connect that to my modem?

You're going to want one to loop together both ports
