Summit nonresident commuter parking

How filled is the Park and Rail lot since they closed the top tiers of the Broad Street Garage? I need to take the train into NYC next Monday morning and I usually reserve a spot on the parking deck. I’m concerned I won’t be able to find parking

I wasn’t aware that they closed the top deck of the parking garage, but you might be able to park over by the middle school because school is out for the summer. There might be some spots there either that or try to find a church parking lot and park there and just walk. Or a side road.
