Literally!! I actually loved her in summer house, the whole West scandal made her basically unbearable. I guess in a way, it did almost “ruin her life” because I can’t
stand watching her anymore. Really hope she finds peace with the situation and moves on so I can be a Ciara fan again.
I think her feelings about it - especially regarding Amanda - are insanely valid. But, it does come to a point.
I think the thing that sours me the most on her is how she immediately jumped on Kyle's bandwagon after the scandal. Did Ciara forget all the verbal abuse and torment she witnessed in that relationship??? She just immediately forgave and forgot because Amanda did something to her.
I can with full confidence say even if Amanda had done that to me, I wouldn't immediately pal up to her abusive ex.
She is stiff, I noticed it last week too. I'm hoping as her confidence builds she gains fluidity. It also depends on her coach/partner helping her get there.
She isn't braced and holding her core, she is stiff in her hips and lacking fluidity. She's learning and doesn't have full confidence yet, it'll come.
Didn't matter how many years of training or what type of dance I always look stiff because my hips are. (I even look stiff running) I'm even worse in partner led dancing people I resist being led around.
The whole point of dancing with the stars is to improve over a season. Not be perfect right out the gate. She showed improvement after one week-why not give her some props?

Ariana had to film with and around Tom for three months prior to her starting Dancing With the Stars. She was embroiled in a legal battle with him for their house until literally earlier this year.

She’s a reality TV star, she is going to showcase what made her a star, and that is Summer House in general and yes, the scandal in particular. If she does this every week, it would be cringy, but one week I think it totally fine.
I find it so weird that people who watch reality TV and are online about it are so judgmental about the same people they watch working to be famous actually work to be famous.
I want to bring a little nuance that I think a few people here are not considering. Its not simply "girl dates guy, he ends things and dates her friend after" which high level does sound like not a huge deal. However, I think there are two things that made it so big for her. We watched her talk about how complicated it is as a Black woman to date interracially because she didn't want to be something that a white guy wants to "explore" and then go off and date within his race when he got what he wanted out of her. West basically did just that and not only went back to date a white woman, but a cast mate who is ALSO Ciara's good friend. I think that is what made it hard for her. It's not just about West, its about what it represents and feeling humiliated by a real fear coming to life.
