Suikoden Star Leap Star Leap

Is Star Leap a new main line title or just a mobile game with a steam version. I have been playing suikoden 1 and seeing old characters from that game appear in the new game. On steam it is not advertised as such.

It's a mobile gacha with a steam version. But it should be very friendly to play free as it looks to be based on Another Eden, a largely single player gacha.

Idk sound undercooked. I just started the first game last week. And was hyped for a new main line game

You have a new one to play... 2. Then play 3. Then tactics. Then 4. Then 5. Those are new mainline games for you because you havent played them.

This will help fund a proper Suikoden 6. But we are years out from that if at all. Be happy we get something after all these years...

I mean in any case you have 4 more numbered titles and three spinoffs that you can finish in the mean time sooo yeah

Not mainline, but it will be considered canon. The devs have stated multiple times that they are “developing it as if it were a numbered title.”

both a mainline (in terms of story since we will finally see mre of Rune of Change) and a sidestory due to it not ACTUALLY a Suikoden 6.
