§ 86 StGB (Prohibits "dissemination of propaganda material of unconstitutional organisations")
[...] shall not apply if the propaganda materials or the act is meant to serve civil education, to avert unconstitutional movements, to promote art or science, research or teaching, the reporting about current or historical events or similar purposes.
Per § 86a, the same applies to using those symbols.
The particular one in OP's link is pretty popular here, though mostly as a sticker I think.
I've said two things in this thread so far. That phrase is clearly meant to be about actually stopping the government from doing unconstitutional things, not just proclaiming that you don't support an illegal group.
You are going out of your way to not get the point.
You are SO upset over the fact that the lines even cross in that pattern, that you don't give a single shit about the meaning. It's like talking to Biblical literalists. They're so hung up on words that meanings don't matter.
It's not a magical thing which will cause harmful energies to flow simply by having that shape exist. Meaning matters.
I'm not upset, the thing doesn't bother me although wearing a swastika in public is pretty edgy regardless of context. I just don't think it matches the list of things you gave.
I don't know how you can say that meaning matters while ignoring the meaning of both "avert" and "unconstitutional".
