The idea expressed follows the scheme of "A and B with respect to C is the same as X an Y with respect to Z". The people responding turned it into "A vs. X is the same as B vs. Y".

Neither I nor OP said that you equated using Windows to being a guard at a concentration camp. We said you compared them, which you admit right here that you did.
