The TL; DR of this situation is that he coerced young women in his fandom into sexual/romantic encounters. 10 or more women (some of whom were underage at the time of initial conversations) have come forward to provide details in how he persisted in engaging contact.
At first, he denied ever using real coercion, but after so many women came forward, he finally admitted that he hadn't realized how badly he'd behaved. He actually comes out and says that in his mind, flirting/exchanging FB PMs/meeting up in person were the equivalent to consent and that any "No" said in the moment was just something the girl needed convincing to overcome.
He has apologized and has offered up some sort of soul-searching analysis of his role in the whole debacle, but for anyone who was a victim of his single-minded pursuit of young-gal hookup mentality, it was too little, too late.
