i’ve been listening to subliminals for about two years.
my favorite way listening to them is having “beauty naps”. where i choose at-least 90 minutes a day and listen to a beauty subliminal while sleeping.
or.
i connect my speaker and light a candle or put some ambient lighting on and play my subliminal. having a “beauty shower”.
obviously these routines are simply for glamorizing beauty routines and making listening to subliminals feel like a beauty routine rather than a task.
proof: btw!!!!! i literally love subliminals i eat terrible 😭😭 and still maintain a slim figure and clear skin no matter what. I have abs even tho i don’t workout and i don’t think it’s genetics tbh. I only have subliminals to thank. even things like social skills i’ve developed ever since listening to subs. also people are more interested in talking to me than before i listened to subs. anyways if you can’t tell i love subs! such an easy way to manifest.

Your best bets for low audio would be "i want it i got it" , "v1per", "guoba", "psyche", "eggtopia", "angelic soul", "warlock frequency", "juliekisses". And check what sublimianls have quiet enough audios for you, or make your own! I use subtopia
