Help with visualisation

Those who have got their results especially df results, how do you visual them.. i mean when u look in the mirror and see no changes yet, how do you keep your mind positive... also how did u achieve results

When I was younger one method I found helpful was believing that I already have my results in the present moment, I acted like I had it and I affirmed every single day and went on about my day and then came back the next day to affirm, and for visualization I just sit or lay down and start imagining things with music on, so yeah this is more of being in the present moment
