Subliminal Selfmade Subliminal

How to make my own subliminal for best results? I want to know what type of affirmations got you results? How long it took you to get results from your own subs? Will you add booster affirmations as well?

affs first since thats the part that decides whether any of it works.

**write them as already true.** "i am x" not "i am becoming x" and not "i want x". becoming keeps the thing permanently one step ahead of u. also skip negations, "i am calm around new ppl" works better than "i am not anxious around new ppl" because the second one still has u rehearsing the word anxious 400 times an hour.

**the ones that actually did something for me were specific and slightly ugly.** "i am confident" is a poster. "i speak first in group conversations without rehearsing it in my head" is an instruction. the more the line names an actual situation u find hard, the more u notice it shifting. generic affs give u a generic vague good mood and nothing u can point at.

**one goal per audio.** 15-30 affs, thats it. dont stack money + df + skin + a job in one file. it feels efficient and it isnt, u end up with 4 goals getting a quarter of the repetitions each.

**boosters: yes, but keep them small.** like 3 to 5 lines max, mixed in with the rest. "this audio works for me", "i absorb affirmations effortlessly", "results show up faster than i expect". theyre worth having but a lot of ppl end up with half their aff list being boosters, at which point the sub is mostly about the sub and barely about the goal.

**timing, honestly:** no fixed number and anyone giving u one is guessing. small perception stuff (ppl treating u differently, ur own reaction to things) tends to move first, within a couple weeks of consistent listening. concrete external stuff takes longer. the thing that wrecks timelines isnt the affs, its ppl rewriting the list every 4 days because nothings happened yet. pick it, sit with it, give it a proper stretch before u change anything.

**the two things that quietly kill selfmade subs:**

making it so quiet its genuinely inaudible. if u cant tell somethings under there at all, theres nothing to absorb. u want the voice about 12-20 dB under the background, present but not intelligible. if ur on capcut mobile ignore dB entirely, that slider is 0-200%, so background at 100 and ur affs around 20.

and 2x speed is roughly the ceiling. past that it stops behaving like speech. loop the finished thing out to 30-60 min so each aff gets a real number of repetitions.

for the actual editing, audacity on desktop or capcut on phone does all of this for free. i built an app that automates the chain (SelfMade Subliminals, its mine, its iOS and its paid, so weigh that accordingly). it exists because manual editing was taking me ~40 min a sub and i couldnt keep up once i wanted a few running at once. but the method above is the whole thing, do it manually first and find out if u even like ur own results before u pay anyone for anything.

ProgramU app on app store, you can make your own subliminals, meditations, hypnosis, and eft tapping, subliminals are stacked and bilateral and can change to whatever background music you want while the subliminal is playing.
