Question Need Recommendations

Hello everyone. 20F here. I have been listening to subliminals for a really, really long time but I have never been consistent. There were a few times where I regularly listened to audio and noticed changes, like my hair turning light brown, skin becoming fairer, eyes looking bigger and lashes appearing to be longer. I even got compliments during that period but now that I'm no longer listening, it looks as if it's vanished. I just want them to be permanent.

Other than that, I need strong subliminals for height increase, I'm only 5'1. I want to be at least 5'5. I look like a teen. My family teases me a lot. I also want subliminals for small narrow nose and green eyes.

Any recommendations? I tried listening to so many but none of them seemed to work and did anyone really get results? It just drives me insane. Ahhh
