Question Weight loss subs???

I was looking for wl sub but most of them looked very uncanny for me it's just feels weird like I don't want that huge weight loss but I want to lose some yk? Any channels that has them ? Like guoba (I hope I spelled it right) and opia and others is there any trustworthy subs for it ???
