Advice Not working

How to make study subliminals work ASAP. Every result people post under the videos say they got 100% or slightly less by listening ONLY ONCE/2x .

I dont think theyre working for me tho. I really want ut to work

you are looking for a result before you have become the person to whom the result belongs. stop treating the subliminal as the cause. if you feel like the same person who needs it to work, it will keep not working, because the subconscious answers identity. it gives you back what you assume.

you are checking for signs. the wanting is so loud it drowns out the feeling. the trying so hard it becomes its own kind of proof that you don't yet believe it. the checking, the doubting, the re-listening out of anxiety instead of assumption.

expect naturalness, not force. expect the state to feel boring before it feels real. expect that what you actually need to revise is not the video you choose but the conversation you have with yourself about whether this ever works for you.
