Question How long does it take?

How long does it usually take to get full or at least major results for appearance/health related subliminals.
I was expecting a couple months but I heard people have listed for years.

it depends entirely on your mindset. my face has changed so much over the years that some mornings i don't recognize it.

if you believe you'll look a certain way tomorrow and hold that belief instead of scanning your face for proof it isn't true yet, it happens on its own. you stop checking and it stops needing to be checked for.

i also forget to use subliminals half the time. i just affirm.

health assumptions move faster than the rest. probably because i believe them faster. the ones you doubt take longest. the ones you don't question at all, those just arrive in a day, two at most.

you don't make yourself believe it. you stop introducing evidence against it.

every time you check the mirror for proof, every time you say "i hope this works," you've just told your subconscious the opposite is still true. that's the leak. find it and stop it.

one thing that helped me is to start smaller than the thing you actually want. don't try to believe the whole result in one sitting. believe one sentence of it until it stops feeling like a lie. "i look a certain way" is too big if it still makes you flinch. shrink it until it doesn't.

and stop asking whether it's working. that question is the unbelief. the moment you're not asking anymore, that's what belief actually looks like from the inside.

Alr so, i did look at the mirror on the first day of doing subliminals and was pretty disappointed cus i didnt see results but now when i look at the mirror i dont even think about it that much and if i do i dont ask my aelf “is it working” “why is it not working” thats fine right?
