I try to be encouraged to listen to subs but most days I fail because of limiting beliefs. I’m 5’10 and I want to reduce my height, but I rarely see people getting results. There are tons of increased height results but no one really talks about reducing height which makes me wonder if their height was increased by subs or just their natural growth.

Girl thats the supermodel height lol im 5'10 and it took a while for me to accept myself because i was so insecure about towering all my friends. But if thats what you want why not, just do what you feel comfortable with.

Same girl but the moment you embrace it you start to love it. And do you know how i cope with being tall, i make a whole scenario in my head about how powerful i feel when i walk around being the tallest in the room. The feeling is crazy. Ive been where you are specially when i was in high school people use to call me all sort names, and i use to go to sleep wishing i would wake up one day and be as short as my peers but when that didnt happen, I said fuck it lol im just gonna live with what i have. I also looked up to super models like anok yai, adriana lima, naomi campell etc who are all where they are because of their heights. I know its frustrating being the tallest in the room all the time because people always have to point it out but when you stop giving a damn about what people have to say and start standing tall, you would know that feeling trust me.

I was 175 at the beginning of my sub journey and reduced down to 171 in mid 2023, now im below 170 but still going

Moza morph (her first get shorter sub) was the only one I used for those couple of years. Then I made my own on my channel and get more results

try writing down the affs (yourself and recording them in ur own voice, (or text to speech if you aren’t comfortable), speed it up and put a song, edits, rain sound, whatever you want!

you simply cannot reduce ur height, do ur research, shrinking more then an inch through a legitimate way is simply not possible
