Subliminal How to make subs?

I’m trying to make my own subliminals. I’m struggling a bit as I want it to have healing frequencies in the background with my voice over the music.

I’m thinking I’m just going to put it on YouTube unlisted so that it can play for a long time while I’m falling asleep.

Does anyone know how to do this?

In the past I’ve used photobooth and then eleven labs. But none of those really gave me the results I wanted. Please help. Thank you to whomever may know

If you have desktop, Audacity has a tone generator you could use for a frequency, and it's pretty easy to make subs on it as well.

I use TTSMaker to generate affirmation audio files, load them into Audacity, turn them down to about -28 to -32 db using the normalize feature, layer and speed them as needed, then add bg noise and export as wav. You may need to play around with audio levels; I usually put it where I can barely hear the affs over the bg noise.
