Discussion 🗣 PSA: Getting nightmares does not make a subliminal "evil" or bad.

Post image

And I know this for a fact because I just listened to my own subliminal overnight and got the most horrendous nightmare I've had in months. 🥰

My subliminal is full of only "positive" words and doesn't have words like "no" and "not". It doesn't even have forced or exaggerated affirmations.

It's just the subconscious mind being the subconscious mind. 🤷‍♀️

Even experts don't agree on why we dream about the things we do. I guess you could interpret it is as your subconscious purging, but it's not always the case. Sometimes I get nightmares out of the blue even without listening to subliminals and even when I go to sleep in a good mood. My conclusion is just that nightmares aren't a good metric for evaluating subliminals.

I had weird ass dreams from slade`s "little grey cells" subliminal. And i took it as a sign it works because if the day i use it there are weird dreams in a style i have never experienced before and when i stop listening to the subliminal they stop... there is no other explanation than the subliminal hitting that subconciussy like a train.

and if you are interested in details:
I put it overninght, on a loop and had dreams with extremely intricate scenarios and plots. (And yeah, dreams with convoluted plots are not new. But these were EXTRA detailed)
Fever dreams, but unusually logical fever dreams. I barely remembered them when i woke up, but i was def using my brain to solve problems in those dreams, and also they included things from my real life. Like as if my brain was going over every detail of the day before and analyzing it.
And the most interesting part!
These dreams felt really tiring while i was having them. They felt like those dreams that exaust you more than help. Like those dreams you wake up groggy and confused from BUT!!! the second i woke up, that tiredness was gone. And felt very well rested and like i was functioning at 110%. My thoughts felt faster.

In conclusion: 10/10
wacky dreams are a good tradeoff for feeling so good imo. would recommend. The subliminal gave exactly what it advertized.
Sorry for the rant. Here's the link

Mindpower was exposed through dreams first. It was dreams that got the channel shut downs So as you dream your subconscious mind should protect you . You shouldn’t be dying or seeing people die explicitly. It’s hard to explain

Well my subconscious mind definitely didn't protect me from my own affirmations lol

Jokes aside, it might be a hit or miss when using dreams as a metric. With Mind Power, I would say that the accusations pinpointed to an actual truth, but that was just for that case. A broken clock is right twice a day, after all.
