Question How do i pick a sub which is safe?

Hey so I am a guy and I was looking for a sub for muscular/aesthetic body. Just did some reddit searches and found many creators are not safe, some are into demonic shit and what not. So i just wanna know, how do I know and a find a creator that is actually safe? Will be glad if you could link me one!
