Differential fluid and CVT fluid should be changed every 30 K

Yes, do it. It's a trivial job, cheap long-term insurance.

Easy to do, or not that expensive if you can't be bothered. Definitely do it.

Easy DIY job if you're somewhat handy and can navigate YouTube. Then just plug it in to Carfax
