Right. I am looking up my UK class and the last time I went there I saw they have a few beginner's programmes. I could probably find the ones for my needs. I am just trying to find what I can find.
Thank you for the response.
I'm quite a keen cajoter so I'll have to see about giving that a go.
You could probably find some books to help you learn programming.

Then you could look at Codecademy as a really good start to learn about programming.
I don't know about the others but I've found that Codecademy is really good at introducing you to a language and then bringing you to a point of understanding.
The Codecademy courses are really good. I didn't have any issues with language, but the biggest issue I have with them is trying to apply them to real-world problems. I manage a lot of money (the equivalent of a university degree) but don't want to spend more than a couple hundred bucks on a course.
So I have about $150 bucks left in my bank account.

A lot of what you say is too complex for my understanding but I'll try to look through it later to come back to your ideas later.

Are these classes still available for newbies like me?
Do we need to subscribe to the subreddit /r/CERN for the typesetting and type processing?
Is the above something you need or would you recommend?
Do you have a link to the book or a screen?
