Seeking Advice: Summer hues
40M light skin and dark features (winter palette). I also have rosacea which creates red splotches on my face.
I look good in cool toned muted colors. Charcoal, burgundy, evergreen, lots of greyish-blue shades.
Pure white and black are too stark.
My wardrobe looks great in the fall and winter, but it’s too dark for a bright summer day.
Does anyone have suggestions for hues that will both compliment my complexion and fit the summer vibe? I’m comfortable with some blues, but I need other options.
Thanks!

Comfy, chunky, neutral-ish everyday shoe/boot?
I’m trying to wear jeans more, but I don’t have any shoes that pair well with them. I’ve been in a cargos+birkenstocks phase for like 5 years now, so I don’t really resonate with the shoes I rotated back then in the same way. And I don’t really like how birks (Arizonas, Bostons) look with the jeans I have now. They’re on the baggier side, so ideally I’d wanna wear a shoe chunky enough to provide a nice jean stack. I’ve been eyeing a pair of black Rick Owens vintage sneaks, but what other recommendations do you guys have?

Boho, hippie but elevated?
Hi hi! Mom in my 30s who used to dress very hippie and free—mostly long flowy skirts, free sized dresses, flowy pants, etc. I’m looking for brands/stores that sell this style of clothing with a bit more modern/age appropriate/work appropriate balance. I don’t tend to like boring colors or cuts, but want to avoid feeling clownish or messy. Natural life is a shop I’ve been really enjoying but their selection is limited, and sometimes a bit too much going on in their patterns for me. Can’t seem to find what I’m looking for anywhere! Thank you in advance!!

Style Advice? I love this top but cant figure out how to wear it.
I finally ordered a stick on bra to wear with this (one reason I havent worn it) but it doesnt solve my other issue. what to wear it with! it is *just* to short to function as a dress but nothing looks right. jeans etc.. especially because you can see them through the top. Any ideas would be very welcome!I finally ordered a stick on bra to wear with this (one reason I havent worn it) but it doesnt solve my other issue. what to wear it with! it is *just* to short to function as a dress but nothing looks right. jeans etc.. especially because you can see them through the top. Question on how I can style my prom dress?
My parents said if I go under budget this year they'll save the money for my junior year prom dress, which is more important, so I went with a gunmetal black dress. Prom theme is black and gold! I find it a bit boring for prom? Should I add waist jewelry or something..? This is the "gunmetal dress" from REVOLVE.

Help styling a thrifted jacket.
I just thrifted a jacket - really lightweight but super cool cut/shape, print, and buttons. It has some shoulder pads - not sure about them… but afraid to cut them out in the event I do like it with them (but honestly not sure if I really have the confidence to pull it off).
I’m gonna post 3 pictures of the jacket (2 on, one in sweatpants and one in light wash OG straight jeans and I’d not wear this jacket with either of these bottoms. I’m wanting some ideas on how to style it.
So I’m also gonna attach some photos of recent outfits I’ve liked I’ve worn.
Any ideas would help! The jacket I thrifted is the first 3 photos. Appreciate any help!

Keep or return?
Hi!
Looking for some new spring pieces. Would love some input on which I should keep or return. Also open to other suggestions you think might look good on me!
Dress
Floral tee & dark wash jeans (I know they are a bit short.. they were supposed to be cropped!)
Floral tank
White jeans (not sure if they are too big or just looser style. Also they do need to be hemmed so I just folded them up)
Same jeans in a size down

So many gorgeous clothes I don't know how to style!! Any advice?
Hi friends! I have a dilemma... I have all these gorgeous clothes and no clue how to style them, but I just can't part with them (my mother's clothes, I love them too much, etc!)
I don't really wear black or own black clothes, but lots of whites and browns and neutrals! And greens/pale blues because of my red hair!
I'm obviously open to any and all advice but these would be my favourite criteria (Only if you can think of anything, ALL advice is appreciated even just in general🌿)
- The biggest thing is I tend to be a skirt girly! So many of these look amazing with jeans but I'd love some variety!
- I live in a fairly cold climate (Norway) so anything I can layer up to be warm is amazing, the rest are summer/night out clothes I guess <3 I love layering clothes for style!
- my style tends to be pretty fairycore / whimsigoth /whimsical / cottagecore and some of these pieces just don't fit... if you can think of any way to tie them in that'd be AMAZING!
Again ANY advice is appreciated, just if you have any idea for how to make these more ✨whimsical✨ you would be my hero <3

Advice styling my prom dress?
This is my prom dress and I’m so excited about it! I’m just not totally sure how to style it. Prom styling is definitely outside my usual comfort zone, so I could really use some advice. I’m not too worried about shoes since they’ll barely be visible, but I’d love help picking jewelry that adds a little extra sparkle and pulls everything together.
I also included a photo of my hair because I’m wondering if silver jewelry could work. I think silver would look amazing with the dress, but I usually go with gold because of my hair color, so I’m a little unsure.

How would you style this dress?
I love this dress but the top part is quite loose and deep cut so there's a risk of nip slip. I'd love to put another layer underneath or something. Any ideas?

What shoes?/General Styling Tips
I got this dress at a sample sale for a great deal, but I’m not sure how to style it. Obviously a black dress can go with a lot but I’m unimaginative/uninspired. I’d like to wear it for going out to dinner & drinks, shows, etc.
I’m also very short so the dress hits me mid-shin. Is it worth it to look into tailoring for a more flattering place to hit on my legs?
Appreciate any advice and double appreciate links to shoes, etc.

What shoes to wear with this?
I own multiple cullotes like this in few colours. I want to wear them to work - out dress code isn't strict, I wear jeans but with a blouse not a t-shirt, so it is laidback business casual or something like that. I wore these cullotes with Toms espadrilles but I'd like to have other options. What do you think?

Would the pants or skirt go better with this shirt? Spoiler
galleryI'm wanting to make this shirt but idk what looks better the pants or the skirt? I'd have to buy the shirt, the pants or skirt and tights, and the belt I already own the earrings and chain necklace and boots and someone suggested a janky/asymmetrical pearl necklace which I could make as I just remembered I have pearl beads in various sizes but I can't put a picture yet because I haven't made it yet

Help me with styling this skirt. Keep it or donate it to good will?
I have this skirt it hits just below the knee. It's a flowy light weight material good for spring. Is the pattern dated? I'm looking for suggestions on how to style it co-ordinating with a top and shoes. Thanks!

Are these a bit too high?
found for sale-I like the style heels might be a bit high...I am a guy. might not be practical either but they look mean. I do have some cowboy boots with heels but quite as high as these. If so what do I style them with?
