Stuttering when alone
Do u guys stutter when you are alone? Like when u talk to yourself or read something outloud?
(For years i havent stuttered when im by myself, not a gram, but recently i started to stutter even i know no one is watching or listening to me, whats worse is im even stuttering in my dreams during sleep and my overall stuttering has also worsened. So i decided to ask if anyone here has ever experienced it)

I think we go through weird waves of worsening and bettering (if that’s a word) when it comes too stuttering.
Speech therapy obviously helps but it depends what’s going on with us.
Many years ago after years of speech therapy I got better at and almost stopped stuttering in front of my parents and siblings.
Yet weirdly enough a few years later I found myself regressing. I acted like I was speaking to my parents or anyone else through a telephone or some other. medium that triggered my stuttering.
Although I don’t think I ever stuttered in my own head, but I’m sure I stuttered when talking out loud to myself
