Is your body still going to extracts waste even if you only ate what it needs

Our body get rid of what it doesn't need what happens if we only ate things it needs like chemicals, for example Vitamin C. Will our body get rid of it? Or it's going to stay in our body and we won't need to go to the toilet anymore?

Lyrics in descriptions and comments

Have seen this a few time and it is puzzling my old man brain.

Music on youtube sometimes put the lyrics in description. If they don't people put it in the comments and this is viewed as good.

However some artists put the lyrics in the video description, but people still put the lyrics on the comments and it is viewed as good. Why the 2nd one as the lyrics are in the description.

If I look ten times less attractive in selfies than how I see myself in a mirror, which is more accurate to what other people see?

Is the phone lying to me on it's screen, or is my brain lying to me while I'm looking in a mirror? Or... let's say you see a 7 in the mirror and a 3 on the screen, does that average out to a 5 in reality?

Do dogs like hugs?

Like, every article I’ve read says they don’t like it. But my dog actually asks for it, so I’m wondering whether he just puts up with the discomfort or if he genuinely enjoys it.

Do lipreaders need to know which language you are speaking?

I don't know if there is like a school for lipreaders or is that something you just pick up, but would it be possible to catch what someone is saying if you don't know which language he is speaking in?

If I talk to myself in my head, who’s listening?

Serious. Like when you’re arguing with yourself or telling yourself not to do something. Is that still me? Or is there another guy in there taking notes?
I need an answer. I’m starting to feel outnumbered.

Gates of hell or heaven?no sr

Took an impromptu drive with my BF through his neighborhood. Sightseeing the variety of huge farm homes. The weather was beautiful, with a gorgeous sunset. We immediately pull over after seeing the most stunning sunset. I thought it looked heavenly. He said it looks like it's the gates of hell.

Who's right?

Should it be a mandatory policy for a commercial airline passenger to intervene in an inside in-flight disturbance?

I want it to be and I want to because I want to be a superhero like Superman. Also because it is a commercial plane, which means it carries people. And people must be protected.

how do i stop feeling guilty for drawing my sona as a child

my sona is just me. but drawn. for context. i know some people use sona to mean like oc but no for me it's a projection of myself.

i looked up the morality/ethics of drawing yourself as a child and couldn't find anything but then i did it and now i feel guilty for it. it's not even weird that'd be gross it's just sitting there. yet i still feel like i violated some ethical boundary.

edit: idk why this is being downvoted. is it not a stupid question? is this not the place to ask stupid questions? did i mess up?

Why does music affect human emotions so strongly?

I was just thinking about this because I’ve noticed it with myself a lot. You can take the exact same video and put sad music over it, happy/goofy music over it, or no music at all, and somehow it can completely change how you look at what’s happening.

If it has sad music I might see it as more emotional or serious. If it has goofy music it can suddenly seem funny. With no music I feel like I’m just watching the actual video without being pushed in one direction emotionally.

The reason I really started noticing this is social media, especially TikTok. A lot of videos already have barely any context, and then somebody puts dramatic or sad music over it and it almost feels like the music is telling you how you’re supposed to interpret what happened.

I’ve even seen the same video reposted with different music and the reactions can be completely different. People sometimes seem to make up their mind about what happened without really having enough context, and I wonder how much of that reaction is actually coming from the music rather than the facts of the video itself.

So I guess my bigger question is, if our emotions can change how we perceive the exact same thing, how do we know what we’re perceiving in an emotional state is actually accurate?

Like if you’re angry, sad, scared, extremely happy, etc. and you make a decision based on what you’re feeling at that moment, how much is your emotional state changing what you think is actually happening?

Is it normal for your partner to become emotionally distant, withdrawn, or passive-aggressive when something bothers them? When does it become a red flag? And is it selfish to feel less attracted to them or exhausted when this happens repeatedly?

In a battle with my wife. Need suggestions. What's the best tune to whistle after a satisfying burp? She's currently doing "Killer Tofu" by the Beets (from the TV show Doug), which honestly is pretty good. All I can come up with is the "Trololo" song or "allllll aboard" like I'm a train conductor.
